We want you to master the handstand. Whether that be your first 6 second handstand or even one arm handstand by the end of the 42 days. You will never lose this skill once you have it, and we want you to have this ability not only for the physical ability but for the mental clarity it gives you. Imagine being able to handstand anywhere anytime. Imagine your confidence.
NUTRITION
Improve your life and those around you by ingraining the habits of intuitive eating for performance. Calisthenics performance is simple - relative strength. This means to maximise performance we need more muscle development and as little bodyfat as reasonable. This is why we also want to give you real education on nutrition without the need to track everything you eat. If you can learn the fundamentals around intuitive eating then you will have this ability for life, that will also carry over to those around you including your spouse and family.
